ACCESS

At check in you will be provided with a Key Card for the main entrance, a key for your apartment and storage room.

STORAGE ROOM

Our storage room this is located on the right side of the building under the terraces, you can store your surf board, bicycle or anything you want!

CHECK IN & OUT TIMES

Check in - 3 PM

Check out - 11 AM

Changes to check out times are availible upon request.

TERRACE

Terrace lights are located outside in the corner of each terrace.

​

CLEANING

Our cleaning staff are on site 6 days a week, between 7 AM and 3 PM. Please feel free to ask them for any special requests you may have.

SAFE

There is a safe located in each of the Angel Bay apartments. Please make sure you check the safe for belongings at check out. 

​

AIR CONDITIONING

All of our apartments are air conditioned. With the environment in mind, please turn AC off when leaving the apartment.

​

LAUNDRY

Please ask our friendly staff to deliver your laundry to and from a local laundromat. Please pay cash upon delivery.

​

NOISE / PARTIES

Please be respectful to you Angel Bay neighbours. No noise or loud music after 11PM. Angel Bay has a strict no party policy. We thank you for your understanding.

SMOKING

Smoking is permitted on the Angel Bay terraces ONLY. Please refrain from smoking inside. Ash trays are stored in the kitchen of each apartment for your convenience.

​

DAMAGE

Any missing, damage or broken items will be charged to you upon check out.

​

PETS

As much as we absolutely love all pets, unfortunately we do not allow pets at Angel Bay.

​

FIRE EXTINGUISHER

In the case of a fire, you will find a fire extinguisher in every unit, as well as in the hall. Please remember where they are in case of an emergency.
